I was starting to work on this project last year when I had my car accident. Because of things that were going on, I lost track of it for a couple of weeks, and basically by the time I got my bearings, the guy who was running Sandbox Games seemed to disappear. The webpage disappeared a month or two later and was replaced by a different page about an "independent game studio" that wasn't doing anything. It hasn't been updated in six months.

Maybe something is going on behind the scenes that I missed, but in general I think this project is dead as a doornail, sorry to say it. Personally, I'm too busy with my real job and Allacrost to do any other programming work.

So, I don't think this forum is going to be serving much purpose. Just an FYI.

Interesting. Thanks for the heads up. I'll probably get rid of the forum at some point then. (I was sort of wondering why they suddenly stopped posting updates.)

Patsen is still working on the game behind the scenes, but there just were not enough programmers to do everything that they wanted. It is more or less dead as a graphical baseball game.

I can't remember what he said he is aiming for at this point. Maybe on OOTP type game, with the idea he could add in graphics at a later date... Something like that anyway. It's been months since he told us anything though.
