Frankly, I feel that there's too much talent in this league, and we'd be best served by stretching it out a bit. Therefore, I propose adding four teams, two to each league, even if they have to be CPU owned for now, and add a human owner later.

The working class and the employing class have nothing in common. There can be no peace so long as hunger and want are found among millions of the working people and the few, who make up the employing class, have all the good things of life.
Between these two classes a struggle must go on until the workers of the world organize as a class, take possession of the means of production, abolish the wage system, and live in harmony with the Earth.
It is the historic mission of the working class to do away with capitalism. The army of production must be organized, not only for everyday struggle with capitalists, but also to carry on production when capitalism shall have been overthrown. By organizing industrially we are forming the structure of the new society within the shell of the old.
I agree about the talent, but another expansion draft? Me and Felix have limited talent as is, depleting it would be a crime...

''It seems like they can't do anything wrong here,'' Buehrle said of the Twins, after admitting that the Sox do flinch a bit coming to the dome. ''[Manager Ozzie Guillen] calls them 'piranhas,' but I call them 's---heads.' I would tell you what I really call them, but I know you couldn't print it. They get on base, bunt, steal, bloop singles -- it's [bleep]ing annoying.''
Yeah, I think we should wait to have the older expansion teams settled in before we expand again.

I'd think it best if the league waited a bit longer before expanding. Maybe let a couple full seasons happen and then see where things stand then.
As for being too much talent in this league.......... I'm guessing that it is meant by the minor league systems for the teams. ( Can't really mean the major league teams I dont think..... as the division I am in has every team but the leader doing good....... and the other division has 2 of the 4 teams doing good. So, if there were an abundance of major league talent, I'd think more teams would be in contention....... maybe a look of 3 teams contending in each division with 1 team out of the race. )
Also, as for the free agents left, we were only allowed to pick from those over the age of 21 I believe. And that pool of players left in FA over the age of 21.......... while a few are decent and maybe could help a team a bit........... I wouldn't consider FA having an abundance of talent. ( Unless exapnsion teams would be permitted to pick those FA players 21 years of age and younger........ which I don't think would be fair considering the existing teams could not pick any player that age. )
So, that leaves any existing abundance of talent to be in the minor league systems of the existing teams. And, considering really only 3 of the existing 8 teams are truly having good contending seasons, ......... I would think that minor league talent is very much needed now by the existing teams to be put in place at the ML level in the next couple seasons to improve those teams............,mine included. Expand the LOR with 4 more teams .......... have them take from existing teams minor league systems........... and it could be a very, very long time before any other teams really are able to contend other than the ones who are doing so right now in my opinion.
Have that happen where only the same few teams are doing good each season while the other 5 initially existing teams and 4 new expansion teams keep losing big each season........ that could very well lead to owner disinterest. And, then, the LOR gets buried again. ( Though, I guess, like Freddy and Jason, it would sometime down the road reemerge.) But instead of expanding right now, I'd very much like to see this league with its existing teams get better.
More trading would be nice. And, yeah, I say that on a personal note............. as I've mentioned before I actually do have an abundance of talent at the AAA level in the form of batters. But my pitching at the AAA level is very much lacking in talent......... and better pitching is what I need at the ML level to get better I think. But, despite having said a few times already that I have these extra bats at AAA that I'd be willing to trade for better pitching, not a single PM.
I guess that will mean needing to get that pitching through the draft and let it, hopefully, develop into pitchers I can use in future seasons. But, until then, I am going to need all the talented bats I can have in order to try and outscore the competition. Take those talented bats away from me through an expansion draft of 4 teams ............... that's gonna hit hard.
