i'm currently min the middle of making my tune file for the game which includes an animation tweak, tune changes, and specific slider settings.
I'd like to release it as a package but i don't know which file is saved for the slider settings. Anyone know?
also, if anyone wants to test out my tune, let me know.

I'm pretty sure I read that the "HH2004.sav" is the slider settings file.
It's in the "..Stats\Saves" folder.
