Double switch option

I am in the middle of a season. I play on the All-Star setting in simulation mode. All of a sudden the double switch option no longer comes up! I haven't changed anything, yet that option no longer pops up. Additionally, the "play ball" option no longer comes up either. I have to hit the "enter" key to change menus and get back to the game after selecting "options" to get to the bullpen and bench. What the hell happened?! Has anyone else experienced this, and where do I start to try to fix it. It is driving me nuts. If I pinch hit for a pitcher in a Nat'l League I'm stuck with the batting order without the ability to double switch!

False alarm...my task bar setting was wrong which cut off part of the screen. Just in time. I was experiencing HH2k1 withdrawal symptoms.
