I. Stadium and Relocation Rules A. Teams will be given $500,000 start-up capital at the beginning of the league. The initial cost of a 15,000 stadium with park factors set at 100 will be $250,000. You can leave your stadium as is, or you can choose to add seats or deviate from the park factors...

This offseason has been dreadfully dead, and I haven't heard from a few owners since I think mid-1918. I'm prepared to axe Indianapolis and Akron, and find a new owner for Jersey City, unless the owners of these teams confirm they're going to be around for 1920. Anyone? Bueller?

The first offseason file is going up. You guys have until Friday to export with who you want to be released from your team. Anyone left on your roster after that will have their contract assigned for next season. After that, we'll sim until December 1st. Saturday will be our first free agent sim....
Its been asked if we could expand roster size. I'm not opposed to it, but I thought it would be more fair to put it up for a vote.
