Here are the main features:

• Players demanding to be traded, sometimes to a certain team
• Players demanding to be released
• off season injuries (such as a para-sailing accident, or a car accident)
• Illnesses (These will range from the common cold to cancer and HIV) and other things that can effect a player, such as a movie deal takes the player away, or the team loudmouth spouts off at the team rival and cannot play any games in the other teams park, or maybe one of your players is arrested for a sexual crime, assault and battery or possesion of illegal substances.
