I wanted to lose weight. To be honest i tryed befor and as a Fat Kid and later Fat Guy you are basicly on a Diet your hole Life and it wears you out. It does it with me. Eat unhealthy mostly fat stuff like Chips Pizza or alot of choclate not constantly but frequnetly let get your weight up but it treats your soul. So when i was in Chicago last Summer on the Radio was a feed about how high Blood Pressure can kill you, that got my concern since as overweight as i am high Bloodpressure is mostly a given so. But on that Vacation in a afford to avoid McD and Co i lost around 20 pounds a good start but i felt back into old habits and blew up again. I never was really afraid i could or would die or get a serious desiase but sure the mind knows better but i dont listen.
So coming back to the Resolution i promised to my self to ride my stationary Bike every a half hour in the moring because in the Afternoon i am not up to it the past had proven that. But be sure that i can do it without risk i went to the Doctor for a examin of all of my parts. So i went, they took blood and a EKG (hope that the same name in english Heart Monitor). After that i went to a Cardio expert for a closer look at my heart. In the outcome my heart is good my blood level are also all good except for one the Bloodsugar is way to high around 200 at that time. In other words i am a Diabetic now yikes.

So that was i think the turing point, a serious threat typ 2 diabetes. I got a Device to measure the bloodsugar and pills no needle thank god for that. But a warning neverless. So i quit Coffee, Ahcohol, and unhealthy Food including Sweets Juice Soda etc. i drink Water use Soy products and eat 3 times a day instead of once with hugh amounts and i workout i went from level 4 on the bike to 6 now and once the weather gets better i ride my bike to work.

I have a bright spot because i am fat and that can be changed with weight loss i will also get rid of the diabetes it wont be today next week or next month i guess 2-4 years but i am sure i can live that way and by doing so i can reach my retirement age and not die blind with no legs because of soft will and snickers.

Ok that my big story right now i thought a while should i post or not but i think it helps a lot of positive and helpfull poeple around so i keep up to date on my progress.

The hole Monday was a pain in the A$$ well more in the mouth. I had to work till 6 pm so i was late the Dentist... Tuesday i made it to the Dentist, i have to say that i am crybaby when it comes to going to the Dentist normally i go in Berlin dispite living in Hamburg for 5 years now. In Berlin i go to the same Dentist my Mother goes and befor that we visit his father along with my Grand Ma so our relationship dates back to 1961.

So i would rather go in Berlin but i wont make there in the next weeks and my teeth hurts. I went to the Dentist in our new shopping Center and there i was in a hightec Teeth Lab. I got X-Rays my first ever and they showed caries under my filling dang.

I bagged for a Injection and got it after five minutes or so he went work and took the old filling out and the fun started...he oped all 3 canal that was the point where prayed to swoon but my wish was not granted. After that he scratched something out and yes..it was a piece of the nerve. Most of that is related to Alcohol and the abuse of it, i like a nice Beer like every German Man but i think it would be a great Idea to ban all Alcohol from Stadiums, it wont happen i am aware of that but what is the point of drinking till you loose control you dont get what happens on the field and you pay a boatload of money for the Beer. Now i am the one with the Car, so i took Thursday and Friday off and drove to Berlin so help her and first we went to IKEA the Temple of Home Improvement, you must know we dont have Home Depot, Menards and all that we have IKEA and OBI but OBI is more Tools and Hardware like wood and so on.

But IKEA is the place to make every Womans Dream come true, plus the have cheap Hotdogs. SO we went there and bought 2 Billy Shelfs and a Lack Shelf plus 2 Kitchen Shelf. Beside that my Mom bought candles and bath stuff i something you would find under Assescoir and now Man would ever buy that stuff.

After a that we took our Billys and Lack home, went out again and bought a new carpet took that home. After cutting it to fit the carpet took his place and i went on to the spiritual work of putting Billy toeghter, Billy was among the first Items IKEA offered back in the 70īs so many Urban Legend sourounding the Shelf but to my surprise after 20 min i had the first standing up and dont lost a finger or cut myself thanks to my great tools.

The Kitchen Sideboard was not so easy because i had to connect it with the Cupboard but i got it done so i am allover IKEA now. Anyway today i invested my Lunch break and walked over to a near Shopping Street with a boat load of Handy Stores.

The best offer i could find was 192 euros for the Phone with a 2 year contract and monthly costs of 10 euros.

Well i am a stupid instinct Shopper but i am not crazy enough to do that, so i settled for new papers for my Filofax. To compensate the no buy no high feeling.

Soccer is to Germans like Baseball is to Americans and not only to Germans to almost all Europeans, do you remember the Movie Feverpitch about a fanatic BoSox Fan well you may think Feverpitch means throw the Ball but Pitch is British Slang for the Soccer Field and Feverpitch is the Story of livid Arsenal Fan. So Soccer is hugh over here. In Germany we have 6 Level of Amateur Leagues organized under the DFB "Deutscher Fussball Bund" it is possible lead a Team from the lowest Level to the highest the Bundesliga since all Leagues have relegation.

Pro Soccer begins in the third League called Regional League that League is divided into Leagues North and South, these two Leagues provide two Team which get promotion to the next Level the 2. Bundesliga the second highest League that means the 2. Bundesleague sents 4 Teams down to the Regional League, in the case that all 4 last Teams in 2. Bundesliga went to the Regional League North that League has to sent two more team down to the Oberliga so you see its not easy to get on top and stay there.

From the 2. Bundesliga 3 Team go to the Bundesliga and 3 come down every year. Its hugh difference for the Clubs to play in the first or in the second League because of the TV Money every Club recieves from the League. Next Year the League gets 420 Million for the Season from a new TV Partner Arena. That Money goes to the Clubs well not all but the bulk of it. The Bundesliga exists since 1963 befor that regional Champions played in kind of Tournament.

The first ever Champion was the 1. FC Koln (Cologne) mainly because the trained under pro condition when all other Clubs were pure amateurs. In the late 60īs early 70īs the raise of the most popular German Club Bayern Munchen began mainly because of there Axe of Maier (the Goalie) Beckenbauer (Defense Leader) and Mueller the best striker of the Era 68 Goals 62 Games for Germany the Trio was key to Germanys success in 1974 World Cup and dominance of Germany Soccer during that Time.

Nothing was won after that, but another great German team took the stage in 1986 led by Mattehaus Voller and Brehme.

These 3 were good enough to play in the strongest League of that Time the Italian Serie A. During that Time Clubs in Europe were only allowed to sign 3 forgein Players so it came that Inter Milan had 3 Germans with Matthaus Brehme and Klinsmann and AC Milan had 3 Dutchman with Rijkaard,Gullit and van Basten. To be far and Alex would say that too...AC Milan had the better Player. But in 1990 the German Trio led there Squad the ulimate Goal. After the World Cup 1990 Money and pay TV bought there way into Soccer and with the Bossman Verdict forgein began to took the Squads over to a point where one Bundesliga Team took the Field without a single German Player.

The immense Income in the new Champions League led to new high in the Bundesliga, all that money made it possible that German Clubs bought Player back from Italian Club notable by Borussia Dortmund a Team that won the Champions League in 1996. Borussia was also the main rival of the still Strong and now record Champion Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich won the Champions League 2001. Althought we failed in France 1998 and Korea 2002 to win the World Cup for a 4th Time also on the euro pitch was nothing there. But with the World Cup 2006 the German Team was carried by the hole Country althought we lost to Italy the new Team is Young and we have some of the best Player in Europe.
