Taking photos at Tokyo Dome really sucks, big time. Especially if you don't have a tripod/monopod or a fast lens. I have neither.

Also, I think I had much easier time taking photos of the action from the seats in the upper deck than from the seats closer to the field. Go figure.

In any case, I took about 270 or so images and I was only really satisfied with a small fraction of them. I present to you, the best of the crop.

I went to my very first college baseball game yesterday at Jingu Stadium. (Thanks to Deanna from Marinerds was kind enough to invite me!)

The following two games were on the schedule:

• Hosei Daigaku vs. Kansai Kokusai Daigaku (Hosei won 5-2)
• Soka Daigaku vs. Fuji Daigaku (Fuji won 2-0)

I was originally planning on watching both games, but due to a sudden change in my schedule, I had to bail out after the first two innings of the second game. In hindsight, it ...

The fans love Bobby. Here a man holds a Bobby 2010 flag and a clipboard full of signatures from fans wanting Bobby back in 2010. And this goes beyond just Chiba Lotte Marine fans.

Proof? I saw a number of fans wearing Chunichi Dragons jerseys signing the petition. (I now wish I had snapped a photo of that.)
