Eri Yoshida made her 6th appearance of the season for the Kobe 9 Cruise against the Osaka Gold Villicanes on Thursday. She entered the game to start the bottom of the 8th and walked 2 batters in .1 innings of work; she recorded the out after picking off the first batter she walked.

The Osaka Gold Villicanes beat the Kobe 9 Cruise, 2-1.

Eri Yoshida made her 5th appearance on Friday night in the 8th inning against the Kishu Rangers. She tossed a scoreless inning and gave up 1 hit. The Rangers won the game, 8-1.

After the game, Yoshida said she was happy to pitch and that she was grateful for the chance.

The Kobe 9 Cruise must be feeling relieved that Yoshida decided to return. She has a pretty large following and losing her really would have hurt the club.

Yoshida then hit and walked the next two batters to load the bases. But she settled down and got the number 5 hitter to fly out to second.
