Hello here at SC,

i want to give you a short update. I now lost 60 pounds and my blood sugar is around 100 what is pretty given it was over 200 in March. So i feel pretty good i bought a belt last week in a regular Shop after year of big and tall shopping. I again fit into 2002/2003 shirts and pants, next goal is 2001 Suits. I am pretty happy about the development, and i get praise for my will to make that feels pretty good.

You knew its new year, you take a resolutions so did i. I wanted to lose weight. To be honest i tryed befor and as a Fat Kid and later Fat Guy you are basicly on a Diet your hole Life and it wears you out. It does it with me.
Eat unhealthy mostly fat stuff like Chips Pizza or alot of choclate not constantly but frequnetly let get your weight up but it treats your soul. So when i was in Chicago last Summer on the Radio was a feed about how high Blood Pressure can kill you, that got my concern ...

Today i have my first day in my new Office (i am sitting Alone for the first time ever) and its very quite in here. But later today i have 4 Interview appointsments to path the way for the transition from our old ServiceDesk Partner to the new one. My Boss gave us a 07/17 as deadline for the Migration Plan so the next 2 Weeks are going to be very Busy but exciting too i guess.

Monday 1 am i woke up with a terrible pain i could not say which teeth it was, my hole mouth hurt i took 2 Paracetamol but they dont help much with teeth and i learned that the hard way. The hole Monday was a pain in the A$$ well more in the mouth. I had to work till 6 pm so i was late the Dentist near was closed, so did the second best think and bought some painkiller and those babies worked.

Tuesday i made it to the Dentist, i have to say that i am crybaby when it comes to going ...
